Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

I am crazy with these low cost scalloped Potatoes! I would have created a meal out of them. they are laughably good! they are to boot laughably straightforward to make! merely dump everything among the pan and bake. couldn't get any easier!

The key to getting these low cost scalloped Potatoes super creamy and delicious is stirring the potatoes every 10 minutes whereas they are baking. It helps the potatoes cook equally and acquire nice and creamy. I lidded the potatoes with some cheese. I'm about to try these low cost scalloped Potatoes with some cheese next time. YUM!

I used a hand-held mandoline slicer to slice the potatoes. it's great! alone takes a second and you've got equally sliced potatoes that unit nice and thin. sensible tool for this dish and it's sole concerning $15.

Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes




INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 lb Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Preheat kitchen appliance to 400ºF. gently spray a 9x13-inch pan with preparation spray.
  2. Layer potatoes in the ready pan.
  3. Stir along cream, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over potatoes.
  4. Bake for half-hour, stirring each ten minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake a further quarter-hour, or till golden brown and bubbly.
